Delivery & Returns

Delivery rates are separate to the cost of the products ordered.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver next day where products are in stock and ordered by 1pm. If there are products that need to be ordered then delivery is usually 2-3 days depending on the time of order. If your order is likely to take longer than 5 days due to back orders at our suppliers then we will contact you to advise a more accurate delivery time.

We offer the best possible delivery rates that we can and the services are as follows:

Standard delivery 3+ items (weekdays only)	£10.20	This service is suitable for all UK orders including large or bulky items.
Standard Delivery	£15.00	Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, IOM, IOW, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands.
Next day delivery (weekdays only)	Free	Customer spends over £150 not including VAT or carriage.
Customer collection 1-2 days from ordering	Free	Customer collects from our warehouse in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

We will only apply one delivery fee per order, no matter how many items you buy.

There may be restrictions on certain services relating to order value, item size or parcel weight, meaning that not all of the above services will be available for every order.

RETURNS

Goods shipped from stock can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of order. Just return unwanted goods to us to receive an immediate refund. Our returns address is as follows:

Northern Filter Supplies (Returns), Pear Street, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 3UA.

Please note, postal fees for returned items are not refunded and specially ordered products are non returnable. Items wanting to be returned after 14 days will be at our discretion.
